Worse Service and Delivery

Worst service ever!

I ordered a bed from Leon's, and were told that it would absolutely be delivered on time. I had to ask my friend to go to my place and wait for the delivery because I cant skip work and wait for LEON'S FOREVER. The Store Manager approved the delivery to happen between 8-2pm (time that my roommate was at home). I called Leons's 100 times to see if the bed had arrived, and was told that it wouldn't be in for another 3h or maybe another day. They said that I could wait or if I wish I COULD skip work and wait for them.

I've been trying to talk to the Duty manager since yesterday and they drop my call every single time... I am so upset and disappointed. They have no respect whatsoever. Client 2855
