I had the worse experience from tappermans I bought a soffa and chair from the tappermans as final sales and they promise with qutility I Paid't $1800 within 2 months the soffa cousion start making noise and the fabric was floating... I called to complain they said it's final sales and there is nothing to do they were raising thier voice on me almost yelling been unprofessional, rude and sarcastic they even mentioned the weight means we might be overweight, then I talked to the manager she was THE worse her name is Pamela very rude and hangup the phone on me... very unsatisfied and never recommend anybody buying from them bad quality and worse service ..
