Non-functioning product and excessive cost

They convinced me that the bed frame they are selling is brand new and functional. Also the they priced it just a few dollars lesser than the retail price. The Bed frame I got from them had many screws missing and broken in some places. They also refused to help me in assembling it and tried to extract more money from me for a faulty product. I would advise anyone going to this place to bargain a lot to make sure that the price is right and do a thorough check before they buy any product. Not a trustworthy business concern.
