I have discussed with the sales person and the manager of the appliance department the purchase of six appliances: fridge, stove, microwawe owen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The sales person gave me a price, and I've negotiated with him to have the delivery cost included in the final price, as a discount. Since I will only need the appliances to be delivered in about a month, he asked me for a 25% down as a deposit, the rest to be paid in full on delivery. The invoice received is hand written and has a list of items purchased with the final price, but no itemized price. When I looked at the invoice at home I realized that the fridge is not listed, but the cost of it was included in the final amount listed on the invoice. And now I'm fully liable for the invoice, but I will not receive the fridge that I'm paying for because the sale person did not put it on the list! WHAT a SCAM!!!
