Awful customer service

The Park's Furniture store and location (in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada) are gross!! The furniture selection is redudant and unimpressive. The prices are unreasonable - way over priced, even the banged up floor models. The staff were condescending, arrogant and unhelpful. They were unreasonable and did not make any effort to provide good customer service. They didn't even attempt to hide their lack of care to help their clients.

You are better off with a bigger company or a higher end furniture store because they, unlike Park's, can provide good staff, furniture and prices. We had an awful experience!!
