Last year I canceled my phone plan with Telus t sign up for a 3 year contract with Bell. So far, I have had nothing but trouble with my phone.
Not only did my blackberry break (which I still haven't received a replacement for, its been over 60 days), but the customer service I received was incredibly terrible. They did not listen to a thing I said, and I was constantly hung up on. I would never recommend this phone service to anyone.
