Dishonest scammer of a repairman

This is the most dishonest and crooked repairman I have ever come across. Dragan, the owner, was hired to diagnose and repair a condo dryer. He initially claimed that his pricing was $180 for the initial assessment, but that this fee would be waived he was hired to perform the repair.

Dragan called at the end of the day with a bill for $350, having done nothing more than replace the lint trap. He did not waive the assessment as promised, despite being hired to perform the repair, did not call to update on the issue or get authorization to proceed, added $50 for driving around to find some weather stripping that he never actually purchased or used, and then had the nerve to claim this was a good price compared to other repairmen.

If you value honesty, look somewhere else.
