Service not deliver

Hydro solutions installed 60 Gallons hot water tank to my house and they said after 2 hours I will have hot water back but it’s over 5 hours no hot water when I call them they said they don’t have anyone to fix it today, this is emergency service but they don’t care, we are still out of hot water and no one taking care? How to get them punish for this issue and how I get my service?
