Ripoff Approached me in a van selling home theater system

I have read the scam of this on your site. It is basically the same case, two guys approached me a in a white van, selling stereos and said to have 2 extra from where they got there order. They said they will give the:
Digital Research Model DA 5.1 pro series III for 600 bucks dropped from a value of 1999.00 dollars.
I refused but they eventually persuaded me for 500 dollars what can i do.
