Over 1 year waiting for an $80 part Richmond

January 2008 our 1 year old Prime TV stopped working- blank picture with sound. We were told that it would need a Power Control Box, at a cost of approximately $80. The service repair center contacted Prima to order the part and we are still waiting!

This company will not respond to emails or phone calls. As of February 2009, we have yet to get the TV fixed.
