I was also ripped off by this guy. I sent him a moneygram (never doing that again) for ~$300, I got an email that my product had been shipped but the tracking number was wrong. Then I started getting a song and dance until his website disappeared from the web. I have this guy's name and city in Canada, I know at least one other person has posted here so I recommend the following links (https://www.ftc.gov/, https://www.competitionbureau.gc.ca/epic/site/cb-bc.nsf/Intro, https://welcome.bbb.org/) to report this guy and possibly call the police in Ancaster, Ontario.
