The Source - HSBC Retail Services
Ripoff Credit card account is used as an excuse to bill for unauthorized and unwanted services

The Source, the new owner of Radioshack Canada is using Radioshack accounts to bill for unwanted and unwarranted charges. I expect they think all these new accounts means an automatic payday for themselves! Not only have they made unauthorized charges to my account without permission or warning they are continuing to bill and charging interest.

Their accounting department seems to think this is very fair however I am the proud owner 9 credit cards (with top-notch credit rating on all of them) and have never seen such audacious behaviour.

Is this fraud? Could be, after all I have never been the victim of credit fraud however I understand this is how a person discovers they have been victimized by fraudulent use of their cards: the occurrence of UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES! Imagine that the company that is handling your account behaves in a fashion similar to this!

I am now the proud owner of only 8 credit cards (including the authorized use of 3 corporate cards) as the Source's card has now been through the shredder.

Before I close I believe HSBC Retail Services, the billing company for the aforementioned Source deserves an honourable mention for the hiring of witless, under-educated and disinterested staff.
