Ripoff -- doing story for newspaper victimized many consumers

This is not so much a report as a request for information.
I am a journalist working on a story about J.D. Marvel mail order company. I would like to hear from others (and I know there are many) who have been ripped off by this group. I am doing a story and would like to have several case studies to support my article.

Details of when order was placed, how much item cost, how long it took to be delivered, attempts to contact company, was item ever delivered, etc. and other comments are needed. Those responding can request anonymity in my article, but I need to have their comments on record and confirmed by myself either by phone or e-mail
