Charges your debit/credit card without any orders being shipped

They claim that you can order free samples with only shipping charges of $2.95. Then they claim after 30 days of trying their product you can return it if you choose and no charges will be put on your card. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive in the mail, and 2 days later I received an email that my card was being charged $94.99.

Their phone number is just a recording that for all communications you must use their web site. I wrote 3 times that I just got the product and would like to return it w/out charge. They said that the 30 days begins when you place the order, even if it takes 25 days to arrive!!

Further communications have resulted in no reply, I told my bank about it and I had to fill out a form but there's nothing they can do about the initial charge of $94.99.

I wrote to Striaex to cancel any membership but never got a reply.

Also, they never state that the free sample is only for 30 days and then you're automatically charged. I should have just sent a money order for the initial shipping charge, but they said I wouldn't have received the product free sample that way, you must use a debit or credit card.

It's obvious this company is a ripoff, stupidly I didn't research it well enough before requesting the free sample. But I want to warn others about this fraudulent company selling plain lotion and claiming it reduces scars... it obviously does not.
