, Alpha Multimedia problem &please contact me immediately!!! Team efforts needed!

My wife and I attended the Canadian Franchise show in Montreal end of Apr 2007, because of their misleading presentation of Alpha staff (Ryan and Marcel), we paid full amount approx $48000 (including GST) first week of May 2007 for 2 kiosks under their pressure and promises which we'll get our money back in 14-16 months, they will find us the location we wanted, deliver the kiosks in 8-12 weeks, get national ads, send monthly report and revenue.

However, they could not locate the hotels we wanted and then proposed La Skartch (a night club in Montreal area), Brain the customer service guy lied that the monthly traffic is 60, 000 people, when I went to the two locations by myself and verified with the manager, I'll never ever get the invest back because the traffic is minimal, and nobody wants to use internet or play games, or put ads there. Meanwhile, they put 10 machines in each location!!!

Alpha claimed they deliver to La Skratch but till today, I did not get the serial number to prove it's my property, and I don't even have remote access either, no monthly report, no revenue of course. so I would imagine it's the similar case to yours. I think the key here is not they did not deliver the goods, most importantly, it's a conspiracy, they plan the scam and cheated so many innocent investors across Canada, and possibly USA (one investor told me he attended the presentation Alpha did in Florida last year).
