Wants me to send 2, 600.25 check they gave me money gram to recieve 37, 862.82

I received a letter, a surety bond purchase requisition form and two checks. In the letter it stated to call someone from the Secured Bond Bureau. I called and they told me to cash the $2, 600.25 check. They said to call back and they would give the instructions on who to money gram it to and after I money gram the money in two to three days I would receive a bonds certificate, so that I could cash the second check, which is $37, 862.82. Something didn't seem right so I started searching on the internet about the company and found out that it was a rip off. I'm glad I didn't go through with it.
