I received a letter informing me that a 9000.00 certified cheque was held on deposit if I returned the official claims release form along with a processing /delivery fee of 19.95 within seven days. Payment could be a lump sum or 3 x 3000.00 payments. I was also told I had won a genuine diamond and saphire stone necklace with chain all 14 carat gold plated.
