Tried to get my bank account information ripoff

I received a letter in the mail from HIFI Financial Trust. The envelope itself appeared suspicious because it was a regular stamp, uncertified, and unsealed. There was no return address in the top left hand corner. I did not remember signing up for nay kind of promotion or drawing pertaining to this company. I gave the letter to my accountant and was told to report fraud.
