Chemstar Corporations - Brasco International Lotto Phony Lottery Scam!! Beware, there's a mailing list somewhere! ripoff Halifax, Amsterdam, Netherlands

In the last few months I've received TWO phony lottery scams. I want these people caught! The letters are somewhat similar, with promises of a big payoff from some lottery that I've never bought a ticket for.
Now that I've received a second letter, I'm convinced that there;s some sort of mailing list. The first letter was from Canada stating that I had won some sort of North American Utilities Lottery. The second letter is from Amsterdam with the same promises only a bigger payout.

What pisses me off the most is that there are people out there who are willing to cheat another human being like this. A friend of mine told me that a couple she knows fell for a similar scam and are now in debt for about $10, 000. The sad part is these people don't have that kind of money, now they're screwed.
