DISGUSTING conduct to extort signed memorabilia from professional athletes Ripoff

THIS LETTER WAS RECEIVED BY A PLAYER IN THE ONTARIO HOCKEY LEAGUE:

"Good morning and how are you? My sons and I hope you are well and happy.

Last year we suffered the loss of my wife and my 4 boys' mother. Now we have each other to get by each day.
All 4 boys were in hockey and Darril and Paul were both captains of their teams in Clarkson. Their Mom was the best hockey Mom. 5:00 am practises, coffee for all the moms, never missed a game.

We now stick together closely, and watching hockey has kept us closer. Hockey has always been in our family for generations and my grandfather knew Toe Blake well.
Even though the boys are pre-teens (10-14) they have always loved original six hockey, reading about it, watching videos. They admire you and your career. Darril at age 14 has a hockey sweater with your name on the back.

We don't want to bore you a lot. We have started a little collection in a room in our basement on hockey, similar to a little Hall of Fame. Would it be possible to get a signed photo of yourself for our room?

With things being tight for money, one day I will take all the boys to the Hockey Hall of Fame.
