On 5/20/05 I received an e-mail telling me my photograph by was chosen to be in the 2005 edition of Photography Vibes. Because PayPal was being utilized, I honestly thought the company was legit. On 5/30/05, I paid through PayPal with my credit card $172.00USD for the book and a commemorate certificate with my name and the photograph in a walnut-finished plaque. They state if you need help, support, or inquiry, please contact us at and they list their e-mail address. I have sent several e-mails and they come back rejected. I contacted PayPal and their standing is that it is past 48 days so therefore they cannot help me. I contacted my credit card company and that state it is past 148 days... which I had no idea that their was a cutoff date to being scammed.
I have contacted the BBB on both companies but am not encouraged that I will receive any help in regaining my money.
It has been 6 months.
