Entreprenuer Expansion Ripoff Ripped us for $60000

This company and Bill Lougheed are crooks.
Aprox 3 years ago. This company solicited us on a consistant bases as we iquired from and add in the Edmonton news papers. We originally purhased 3 machines for aprox $60000. 1st machine was Ok up until 3 months ago which apparently was stolen and still hasn't been replaced or any compensation, which we did have insurances. As for the other 2 machines, we have never recieved a location. We have contacted Bill numerouse times and he has given us the same run around will every excuse in the book. We even had the Blue Jay's machine which we were able to view transactions on line, but never recieved a check, and then all of a sunden could view those trans actions. Apparently this location was a loaner until they find us another location..Which nobody as contacted us and we have tried to get a hold of someone numerouse times..Therefore we have a contract for 3 machines and as of 3 months ago currently have no machines..The best case scenario is we had one machine running for a year, as stated before the machine was stolen from ther merchant.

Bill Lougheed is a crook. and I know he is living well as my inside sources indicate his financial position. As well he does have machines for himself which he is collecting revenues.

I am at the point now where I would love to sue this guy for breach of contract and theft, and am almost ready to do what it takes to get punitive damages and put this guy back into bankruptcy and or Jail..
