Ripoff-Extorting money to enter photo contest

After sending my picture to enter circle of photography contest they say I am in the finals if I buy their book. This to me is flat out extortion, because they are going to use my picture, but not entitle a chance at their $5000 prize unless I buy their book. I am full willing to file a lawsuit against these ripoff artists.
