Is a rip-off! AFTER PROVIDING PROOF THAT THEY CASHED MY MONEY ORDER THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE PRODUCT THAT WAS PAID FOR. Rip-off!

After visiting the web site at www.espeedgraphics.com I sent in a money order for a product. Approx. 4 months later I contacted the company to find out why I did not recieve a product, they quickly responded that I had not paid.

I took the time to fill out and send in a form to the Canadian money order services, they sent back a copy of the cashed money order, proving that they did receive my payment. I faxed a copy of the cashed money order to this company and asked for some kind of compensation and better customer service. They would only refund or ship me what I had already paid for.

I let them know that I wasn't happy and told them that the whole thing seemed like a scam. Shortly after this they changed their minds and told me that they had already sent out a product months ago. This contradicts the fact that they had no record of payment. I can no longer get them to respond to my e-mails, I did keep it professional, and I did avoid any kind of threats or bad language. This seems like a scam to me, after getting the run around the way I did. I just want my money back!
