I have ordered a slimming belt on from Cdn Mail Order Exchange Inc. in early May. The cheque was cashed within 10days and now it has been more than 6weeks and no product or acknowledgment has been received from them.
Is this a FRAUD company?
What legal actions can be taken here?

Does anyone has any contact names or phone# of their office?
