Consumer first financial called and offered me a credit card. at first I said no because of credit card fraud over the phone, they asured me that is was not fraud and made a good offer of a credit card. I gave in after they gave me all the information i required from them. they took $249 out of my account.

when I havent heard from them and have not recieve any thing I called their custmer services number to request my money back. they told me that I could not recieve a refund and that my card was on the way. I have not recieve a card yet. so I look them up on the internet and seen that they are listed as fraud.
