Ladies if you have a problem with Global Wedding & Events don't waste your time with the Better Business Bureau. They request mediation with Carl Manning /Karl Usmani but they cannot force him or enforce monetary fines or jail time.

If you file with Consumer Protection Branch you still go through the process of 1. File2. Optional Meditation however unlike the BBB they can be investigate the vendor and implement Jail time and Fines up to $250, 000

I just got off the phone with the manager of the Consumer Protection Department, Barbara Allen. She said:

1. I will have to file a complaint attach any documentation

2. Mention that he did operate under different names.

3. Address the complaint to her to Barbara Allen

Please email me a copy of your complaints; I will compile them for future use.

I want this to not only go through mediation but through investigation based on outright fraud. The more complaints the better. The turnaround times are slow but its better to act on it than never.

If you don't have time, look up your complaints on the complaints board, copy paste, add on additional information that will help your case.

Do it not just for your refund, do it to put this guy out of business and bring justice for yourself, those who have given up hope and for those brides who will encounter him in the future..
