I bought Canadian Tire Lawn Mower from GTA area Canadian Tire store. After bringing home I plugged it to my outdoor outlet and immediately circuit breaker went off. My Chord gage was as per the manual. When I contacted Yardworks they ask me to change the chord. I tried couple of times Yardworks technical support suggestions but finally gave up. Did not want to damage my circuit breakers and also to waste my time further... When I tried to return the product Canadian Tire said they cannot accept it because it is a repair only product. After many conversations I was able to get my money back – thank god. Horrible customer service!! Think twice before you buy Yardworks from Canadian Tire.
