Bogus Extended Warrenty

I purchased an extended warranty along with my couch and loveseat. The couch is in need of repairs but because the leather is apparently discontinued they can not repair it. Instead they are offering me $400 back on a $1000 couch. They will not replace it without charging me $900 freight.

The leather isn't even damaged but pulling away from a second material that keeps the seat covers in place so that would be a big job but could be fixed.
