I received a call from Pro Gas telling me that I had asked them to call me in the fall to arrange furnace cleaning. Not quite sure I had, I made an appointment for the next day - when they conveniently had trucks in the area and availability. The next morning, I decided to investigate the firm further. Found all sorts of complaints. So I emailed Ed Lowe to cancel - and told him why. He emailed back saying “What a load of crap from you! ” Charming!
