14 months with a leaky sunroom roof

My expensive sunroom and leaky insulated sunroom roof were installed 14 months ago, and sunview solariums is not interested in fixing it properly or replacing it. They continue thier stall tactics, and avoid roof replacement despite my continued efforts to resolve this asap.
No warranty, and extremely poor customer service on an install that should have never ended up this way
Tjier attempts to fix the leaky roof have been a joke, including two attempts pf placing large globs of silicone on the roof, where they guessed it may be leaking. They have attempted fixing it 6 times total now, am
Nd last time they were here at my home, they didnt even contact me to let me know (i requested they tell me when they are coming so i could meet them)
