We received a telephone call from Doreen Graw of Domag Construction asking if we could design her and her husband Marco Graw a website on May 11, 2011. We could clearly see that they were in desperate need of a website designer. We gave them an excellent deal on a design, as we are a fairly new company starting out. We signed a contract on May 12, 2011 and everything was going very smoothly, until May long weekend.

We let our website designer have the weekend off so that he could spend it with his family.
Doreen Graw of Domag Construstion was under the impression that we should be working for her the entire May long weekend.
