Russell Birch contractor, basement renos

We are regretful that we did hire this con- tractor, Russ Birch not only coned us, but many other home owners and sub-contractors. We paid him $20, 000 and have contractors coming to our door looking for money because Russ did not pay them. Russ did not finish anything he started. He had every excuse in the book, it's to hot, I'm sick, my wife is pregnant, my wife has breast cancer, it's raining, my guys don't drive... and so on. He is a piece of work, this guy should be caught and thrown in jail, he has taken (robbed) to many people
