We have rented an appartment from these people in pierrfonds quebec. the living conditions are horrible. insect infestations (which the refuse to eliminate) They even sneak in the apartments when we are not present. they take advantage of women.. and by this I mean intimidating them when a male presense is not near. I ask that you be weary of any transactions with this company. they refuse to clear snow in winter even though it is included in the lease. they have even damaged vehicles with lawnmowers and never advised the owners.

Please post other experiences so we can stop this from happening to other innocent couples trying to start a lif together

PS just so every one knows the landlords name is CAROL
the superintendent is ROGER...
