Hired contractor to install the Leafguard product on my rain gutter. We cancelled the job after accepting an offer to buy the home. (3 days after hiring).
Claimed he would return check, but has not returned our money and now claims we owe him for the product, which he can use on any job!
Another com artist contractor!
