Dead Flowers, Frozen Flowers

I ordered flowers to be sent to my friend in Cranbrook, from an online site in Vancouver. They offered shipping in 1 day or less. They shipped it to the wrong address to start, and then left it there, telling me it had been successfully delivered.

Finally I got someone to answer straight, and they said it would be sent out the next day. My friend went to the address of their other store, to find the package from the day before. She opened the gift, and found, black, limp, frost bitten, dead flowers.

Bloomex had shipped the flowers in a non heated vehicle.

When I confronted them, they said it was because of the cold weather, in the cell phone store in the mall.. When I told them I wanted my money back they told me I would have to pay another 9.99 for them to refund me?!?

I contacted Visa, and told them goods were not delivered. I also plan to contact the BBB.

I would like ALL Consumers to be AWARE of Bloomex. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with. Blatant lies, excuses, and ripping me off.
