Total lack of service and cleanliness

When I was looking for an apartment there was one place called "Forest Park Circle" out in Mississauga that was very convenient not to mention reasonable in terms of price which explains why I kept trying to go back to view an apartment.

I would call to make an appointment only to find nobody was there to show me around. I'd make another appointment only to find them again not available. Then there was the "open house" which was supposed to be Saturdays between 11:00am and 4:00pm but again nobody was ever there to show me around.

Of course from the doorway I could see the carpets were deeply stained, the concrete was cracked and there was a huge gaping hole in the ceiling that hadn't been fixed in several months. With maintenance like this, it wasn't looking all that good.

I tried to contact the company directly but there was no phone number or contact information to be found anywhere. Finally I just gave up and found a place that was a little more expensive and less convenient but a hell of a lot better in terms of quality and service.
