Unacceptable product with 3yr warranty Business unreachable

I was looking for a good price on refinishing a white bathtub which showed it's years. I obtained from the yellow pages several company names whom I called and obtained quotes from. Barefoot Bathtubs Refinishing was one of the companies and seemed knowledgeable and honest. He showed up, requested for payment (I was stung ONCE and will never be stung again) and made a total mess of the tub. I have called his business number at least 100 times and Mr. David Barefoot does not appear to exist. I will hunt (haunt) him until I find him but the man is a dishonest and bogus businessman that has no clue how to refinish a bathtub.
