Bruce hardwood
Defective finish

We bought Bruce hardwood flooring from Home Depot and installed it. When standing from a distance the defects became visible.

At first I thought is was just ground in dust and we could buff it out but it wasn't. We contacted Home Depot who contacted Armstrong Flooring. They sent out their own inspector who confirmed the flooring was defective. The claim has been denied because the hardwood has been installed.

They claim we should have noticed the defects prior to installation and returned it. DAAAA, like we would have knowingly installed faulty flooring? Even their own inspector couldn't see the defects while examining individual pieces.

Both Home Depot and Armstrong Flooring are saying tough luck, its your problem.
