Con Man whos Website is full of cut & paste, his address is a lie

I work at 144 4th avenue, where this Powerconcrete and Stephanschurmann says his offices are so I went to the office and asked where they are. I was shocked to find out that this man is an international con man and the rental office told me they are demanding he take the address and photo of the office building off his site. He told them no and to find him if they can. After reading the web reports about him, he seems to be a con many with many web sites that collect money and peoples ID. The only reason I can see for him to ask for ID, he must be using them to set up fake accounts under good peoples good credit.

This man needs to be stopped!

But how can one stop a man with no address
