Crappy installation service

I bought hardwood from them and go them to do the installation as well. Sales guy is nice but the installation crew (a Russian couple) was from hell!!! The Russian man yell and used the 'F" word on me in English and his native dialect, because I request that nicer wood be used on the main walkway area and wood with pin holes be used on the walls. The Russian couple throw a fit at me, then pack up and left after installing 2 rows of wood. I called the sales guy and asked why such crappy install team and his excuse was they have 10 yrs of experience on wood. I was ready to get another install team to come in and pay extra for the job. BUT I had paid the wood and huge deposit with small sum outstanding, not enough to cover for an independent crew to come in and complete the installation. Later the sales guy showed up at my door and did a little play act and requested that I allow the Russian couple to complete the work. This is the worst, I mean worst customer service I have ever received!!!

I am caution all out there NOT to get them to install. The quality of wood is more than 50% fill with defects, so if you are attracted by the deep discount, be prepared to buy 50% more wood due to the high amount of defects in their delivery.
