I received an online notice Feb. 12th, 2011 that my antivirus program was expiring so I renewed on my Visa Card. I did not receive any download or extension on my antivirus program yet I was billed on my Visa Card Feb. 14th. Since I was unaware that I didn't receive my virus protection until a technician noticed, I am requesting a refund in the amount of $51.01 Cdn. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
