Misdirected mail

The letter carrier keeps delivering mail from another apartment to mine. It is inconvenient to me also to the person in apt 212. I am also not recieving mail that I am suppose to get but haven't because it might be delivered to someone else.

I wouldn't mind so much if it was once in a while. But this is happening 2 or 3 times a week. It is unacceptable. I expect a little more professionalism from the corporation as big as Canada Post.
