Refusal to send paid-for parts

Some two years ago I sent Mr Alex Veronac, owner of Tatra Motor Sports, $US100 for two Tatraplan parts. I made many calls to him personally to find out why they did not arrive. Each time Mr Veronac would reply that they would be mailed by the end of the week. Finally, I had to contact the Ontario Dept. of Consumer Services and and I then received the parts this month. Two years late! I spent a lot of $$$ in those calls to Ontario to listen to Mr. Veronac's lies.
