Stole my car, Took my money. Fraud and car Theft

I Herd about Dave small through my brother who took a motor for Dave Small to rebuild. Dave Small said he restores cars at his place and rebuilds engines. I own a 1973 green Ford Maverick, I took my car up there and he gave me a price of 3000$ to do all my body work and paint my car. At this time i was young and thought that was a great price. I left my car with Dave Small for a few months since he was really busy. 5 Months pass and Dave gives word that the car is in. a few months fly by with out getting a chance to se emy car after repeated calls and meetings failed by Dave Small unable to show up. The man is a great con artist who should win a Emmy for his acting. He told me his Wife had cancer and that she died, tears and all from him and his 2 sons. Then his grand mother was ill. So now were in court and have been fighting him for a few months now. there is apperntly 77 other charges of theft and fraud. IF ANYONE WISHES TO GET IN TOUCH WITH MR.SMALL HIS SON HAS OPENED A STORE AT THE BAYFEILD MALL IN BARRIE ONTARIO! Dave shows up sometimes, the stores calls Custom Concepts and it right beside the DQ by the Teathre. Best of Luck with everyone whos be taken by this Scum.
