Mark Derrin / Mike Gordon (his Fake Names) Some guy tries to scam a car on me twice! Internet

I was looking on autotrader.ca for used cars. I found a 200 bmw 323ci for $8600 and emailed him for more information. He said:

Hello David,

The car is still available for sale at $8600.It is in perfect condition and has no scratches or other marks, it was never involved in any accidents. I have all the papers of the car and the service history as well. The car has no technical problems, it's in full working order. I worked in Canada as a doctor in an experience exchange program, but now i have returned to United Kingdom. Here, the cars have the steering wheel on the right side, so it's very difficult to drive this car in UK. This is the reason for selling it. I have attached some pictures to this mail. The car is with me in the UK, but is still registered in the Canada and has canadian plates. The delivery can take up to 10 business days. You'll have to be home to sign the papers to receive it. I will insure the car, so if anything will happen to the car on the way to you it will be covered. The shipping is included in the amount listed on the site. Thank you for the pictures, it looks very nice. It's too bad the car is in the UK because I would like to see it first. Can you possibly send me copies of the records? Is there any mechanical inspection report you could send too? I would just have to be extra sure about it since I can't see it in person.

If you are really interested we can close the deal through www.escrow-europa.com (https://www.escrow-europa.com/escrow/english/index.htm) as a third party agency and you'll have a 14 days time period to inspect the car and the documents before deciding to keep it or not. If by any reason, you will not be satisfied with the car, you will return the car to the escrow service with no expense to you. I will take care of all the shipping fees. If you agree with my terms please provide me your name and address where the car should be sent to. The delivery is included in the price and will take up to 10 working days. The car will arrive to your home door. Sorry I can't send you the car records because the car and all the papers are already at the escrow europa depot.

I just wanted to make sure the price was 8500 Canadian dollars and not UK pounds or anything right?
Will I have to pay any deposit or anything to Escrow while I have the car for 14 days? Will the car be shipped back to UK no charge to me if I don't want to buy it?

The price is CAD 8600, there will be no other fees, the delivery is included for both ways, to you and back if you decide not to keep the car. The payment must be done to escrow and they will hold the money during the 14 days of inspection. I will need your address if you decide to buy the car to go with it to escrow and they will send you all further details. Regards, Mark.

Then I found another car identical to his listed in a different city and different email. I emailed him and got the exact same story.
