Sold a lemon

I went to butler pre owned after totaling my car. I bought a 2000 pontiac grand prix. looked nice but was total junk. drove for the 30days and at around 31 days the altonator goes bad. they told me they wouldnt help me because the car was no longer covered. then I got it fixed myself and a few months latter the tourk converter switch went bad. once again they told me to bad and that my payment was due.

These people are loan sharks. I couldnt work because the car went bad so my payment was one month late. they drove out to my house and punded on my door till I answered and there were 2 big thugs standing there smoking it was so rude. They had no respect and no manners I now have a repo on my credit because I couldnt come up with my payment and fix my car and I didnt want pounded into the ground like they looked like they were going to do. Not a good company to do business with who do they think they are the MOB they sure do act like it. DONT BUY FROM BUTLER PRE OWNED
