Mrozek Auto Service Aka Mrozek Autobody rip off poor little old ladies

Mrozek Auto Service Ltd. should be ashamed of themselves!! They have ripped off my grandmother countless times.

Though many incidents have happened, this is the most recent. She went for a routine oil change that turned into $400 later. They told her her brake lines were leaking and her brakes were no good. They also told her that she would have to get it repaired right away or she would have no brakes on the way home and get into an accident.

My Grandmother in her older age only thought of her safty and knows nothing at all about mechanics told them if it had to be done, it had to be done. She was not thinking of the fact that her brakes worked perfectly as she drove to the garage for an oil change.

A day after she picked up her car, now she has a vaccum leak that is causing her to loose her heat. Funny how there was nothing wrong before she took the car there.

My husband has checked her car and found that the work was done, new brake lines put in, mind you they replaced and charged her for 2 brake lines when only 1 was leaking, so they say. My husband also noticed they have been touching things under the hood that had nothing to do with the brakes, lines or the oil change.

She is not going to ever go there again, but I would like other people to be aware of this RIP OFF company who are taking people for granted!!

Mrozek Auto Service, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!!
