Ripoff They Lied to me and took advantage of me

I went to car country as a first time car buyer. They pushed towards a car and said it was the best because I have a young daughter. I am a young mother, so this was my best bet.

The sales associate that I dealt with told me that the interest rate would be a little above normal, ( I was unaware of interest..e.t.c) for the first six months because I didn't have a credit rating. so I agreed.

After six months I called back and talked to him. he was VERY rude and told me that I had to wait eight months before the price dropped.

So I waited two more months. I called him and went in to the office to see him in person. He told me that I had to produce new paystubs, and he would see that my payments were dropped. I didn't hear from him for like a week so I called and he was rude again and said it would be another seven months before the payments and interest rates dropped.

the loan was for $12000.00
the interest rate is 29.5 %

They Lied to me and took advantage of me. and loved it because of the money they're gonna make.
