Ripoff abused & mistreated

Bought expensive insurance because it was supposed to be the best around. Only had one very small claim in the 10yrs on the road. If I was late paying my insurane they would cut me off these people are only 3 months paying me, and many headaches and phone calls.

It was my motorbike that was stolen my only transportation in the summer months. It took the company two and a half months to decide weather or not to write the bike off or fix it. Because of the time it took just to get this far I got very pissed off can you blame me.

Because I got so rude with the company just like they would be with me if i was not paying them, they decided to blame me for the theft of the recovered motorcycle two and a half months later. I have the police on my side and they are still draging there feet over an $8000.00 claim, I would like to see hoe they would handle an $50000.00 claim.

I even offered to take a lie detector test and they said no, what more does it take. I buy this insurance to be taken care of and treated with respect, not to be treated like the theif.
